I personally am going to be playing gw2, and don't really care about gw1 once release is there. Still, moving the live team etcetera is incredibly wrong. At least the decent thing to do here first (imo) would be to stop selling all gw1 products.
I played for almost 7 years and am more than satisfied about what I recieved for the money I payed. But I can't imagine people who buy gw1 now will be able to say the same. Bots everywhere, duped items that will not be removed as it seems.
I can understand they need their resources for gw2, but if you no longer wish to support a product, you shouldn't sell it either.
